WAYS WE RAISE FUNDS

HIRE of MUSEUM HALL : Available for meetings and small exhibitions.
DONATIONS : As a registered charity, we are able to recover the income tax paid on sums donated.
ADMISSIONS : Our primary source of income is from visitors, through the admission charges.
SALES of GOODS : The museum shop stocks a range of gifts, including books and DVDs.
CAFE : This is open during museum opening hours and in addition to providing a service to museum visitors, caters for walkers on the Hereward Way and boaters moored on the River Lark.
COMMISSION : Over 200 retailers participate in a scheme which pays modest sums of commission on purchases made through the links on this website.
