Application for stands in specific positions will be considered sympathetically but no such request shall be deemed binding on the organisers.
When setting up stands, vehicles must be removed from the vicinity of the farm yard to the designated car park areas by 9.30am, and dressing of stands completed by 10.30am. Please stow all boxes and packaging away safely and clear of all gangways and alleyways.
When dismantling stands, vehicles will not be allowed back into the farm yard at the end of the festival until all visitors have left the vicinity and an announcement is given.
The Trustees of the Prickwillow Engine Trust and The Directors of TWH Clarke & Son (1954) Ltd will not be liable for damage to or loss of stock howsoever caused and all exhibitors are urged to take out their own suitable insurance. All exhibitors must carry their own public liability insurance, as is required by law. A copy must be made available at time of payment for the stand or for inspection at the show.
Personal electricity supply: Electricity consumption is free but there will be a £10 connection charge. Availability will be on a strictly first come/first served basis but, with the last power points, priority for electric supply will be given to those stands requiring electricity to run exhibits (e.g. water features). All electrical items to be connected to the electricity supply shall have been safety tested and certified within the preceding twelve months and shall be warranted by the exhibitor to be free from any defect. Kettles and heaters are not permitted. In the interests of safety, should the power supply system become overloaded, it shall be within the organisers’ discretion to request any exhibitor to disconnect from the supply.
CANCELLATION POLICY :Cancellations will be accepted until 1st September, after which fees paid will be non refundable unless the stand is re-let.
